As promised, during the last Costa Brava Rally, we recorded some onboard footage from a Lancia 037 owned by Marc and Xavier Piña. This particular 037 is a former Lancia works car, driven by Markku Alén (driver) and Ilkka Kivimäki (co-driver) and is kept as close as possible to its original condition.

The 60^th Costa Brava Rally will be held this weekend and from EventGo we will be seeing this race from a very unique point of view, namely from the cockpit of one of the greatest rally vehicles of all time: the Lancia 037. Thanks to Marc and Xavier Piña’s collaboration, we will be able to install our Ion camera inside the cockpit of this car and offer you an onboard recording of this rally.

On Friday 9^th December, a report about EventGo where we briefly explained our project appeared during the “Telenotícies Comarques”, the afternoon daily news program of Televisió de Catalunya (TV3).

As we announced some time ago in our facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/eventgo), on the 15^th November we were interviewed by Sies.tv, a Catalan cultural television based on the internet. The interview, of about 5 minutes of length and where we briefly explain our project, has been uploaded to the Sies.tv site (http://www.sies.tv) today.

The 8^th “Open de Maquetisme Aeronàutic de Barcelona” is a scale modelling show/competition focused on aeronautical subjects (including airships, spacecrafts and the people who make them fly). The OMAB will be take place from the 14^th to the 22^nd January 2012 and will be held in the exhibition hall of the Jaume Fuster Library, in Barcelona (Spain).

The 8^th OMAB 2012 is organised by “la Aeroteca”, the bookshop specialised in aeronautical subjects set in Barcelona. EventGo is one of the collaborating enterprises to the OMAB and is in charge of providing convenient accommodation and parking facilities at special prices to the participants of the Open.

On Wednesday 24^th November, we were interviewed by Carla Llobet, host of “Notícies Migdia”, the afternoon daily news program of Televisió de Girona.  For about 8 minutes of informal talk, we were given the opportunity to explain our project and immediate plans for the future.

EventGo and Apliter have been elected as ex aequo winners of the Ideàrium “SÚPER” course to support new entrepreneurs. The course has been organized by the “Oficina Universitat Empresa” (OUE) and by the “Unitat de Valorització de la OITT” of the University of Girona (UdG).
